This web site is owned and operated by Wicked Customs, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us” or the “Company”). We understand and respect your privacy. We want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) governs information you provide to us or we learn from your use of this web site www.completecustoms.net (the “Site”) and tells you how we may collect, use, and in some instances, share this information.  It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.   Our policies may differ from other service offerings and you should carefully review the terms of service and this privacy notice before using these services.

Collected Information
In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. If you choose to register or order products through the Site, we will collect your name, mailing address, email address and phone number.  We also will collect your name and email address if you sign up to receive our newsletter.

If/when you make a purchase; our third party payment processor will collect your billing address and ask for your email and credit card information. We do not store any credit card information but third party payment processors do. In this Privacy Policy, we refer collectively to your name, email addresses, and postal mailing and billing addresses, and phone number as your “Personal Information.”  By providing your Personal Information to us or our payment processors, you explicitly agree to our collection and use of such information as described in this Policy.

Alternatively, you can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us, such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form, as well as other content.  Services like Facebook Connect may also give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network. You are responsible for controlling these settings.

Log Files
We do not directly maintain log files of the traffic that visits our Site. However, our third party analytics and Site hosting service provider maintains log files for traffic that visits our Site.   Log files are used to manage traffic loads and information technology requirements for providing reliable service. Information collected by our provider that may be reported to us includes browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.

Security

If you choose to register for our products and services, we will arrange to send you certain promotional emails. The distribution of these promotional emails is managed for us by an unaffiliated third party.  Promotional emails advertise our products and services and/or the products and services of our Site users, third party providers and affiliates. Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Wicked Customs.
